- President Tseng , with over 23 years of experience in consumer electronics business development and sales in China and Taiwan, has been involved in medical equipment business development since 2016.

Matis Chen PhD
- Currently responsible for technical research and development and strategic execution at Echo-Int, assisting in the development of the EchoVIU product. Additionally, serving as the lead auditor for ISO 13485 quality management system audits in medical equipment, aiding the company in establishing quality management systems.
- Dr. Chen Peiyu has over 10 years of experience in ultrasound technology research and development, including elastography imaging, ultrasound signal processing techniques, and portable ultrasound hardware design. In 2020, Dr. Chen was selected as a distinguished young scholar for innovative research achievements by Taiwan Comprehensive University.佳作
Technical Consultant
Tsui Po-Hsiang PhD
- Currently serving as a technical consultant at Echo-Int, facilitating technology transfer to integrate research and development into products.
- Concurrently, holding the position of Vice President of Research and Development and Professor at Chang Gung University, specializing in ultrasound tissue characterization and ultrasound parameter imaging technology with over 22 years of experience.
- Prof. Tsui has accumulated over 100 publications both domestically and internationally. Furthermore, Prof. Chen was recognized as one of the top 2% scientists globally by Stanford University in both 2021 and 2022.
